Research Area
Our work focuses on the development and management of advanced Web-based applications that are based on a service-oriented architecture (SOA). Together with our students we are investigating the following research issues in research and industry-driven projects:
- How is a SOA-based application software system to be developed?
- How are business processes be supported by service-oriented application software in an efficient way?
- How can human tasks be integrated into SOA?
- How can business processes in SOA be monitored?
- How can access control be enforced in SOA?

Interested students can now sign up for the practical course "Web Technologies" in the summer semester 2010. Registration is accomplished by filling out the registration form.
